Workspace scoping
Landlord records are queried and written against the active organization so one workspace is not treated as another.
Expiring file links
Sensitive receipt and maintenance-file downloads use short-lived signed links instead of permanent public addresses.
Server-side credentials
Administrative database, email, billing, and webhook credentials remain in server-side environment configuration.
DwellTrack also uses encrypted HTTPS connections and validates supported billing and inbound-email webhook signatures. No internet service can promise perfect security, and this page intentionally avoids unsupported compliance badges or absolute guarantees.
Service providers
Who helps carry the service.
DwellTrack relies on specialized providers rather than claiming every layer is operated in-house. Provider processing locations and practices may vary; see the Privacy Policy for the governing disclosure.

- Service email delivery and supported inbound email workflows, including forwarded Interac notifications.

- Public DwellTrack tutorial-video delivery; not the landlord workspace database.

No bank connection
DwellTrack works from supported Interac notification emails you choose to forward. It does not ask for online-banking credentials or a transaction feed.
Review before confirmation
The product presents payment evidence and match context so the landlord can review what belongs in the rental record.
AI is initiated, not ambient
AI-assisted reviews run when a user requests them. Relevant screens explain when displayed record data will be sent to the configured AI provider.
Requests have a human destination
Access, correction, deletion, privacy, and security questions can be sent directly to support@contact.dwelltrack.ca.
Security reporting
Found something that does not look right?
Send the affected page or workflow, reproduction steps, and potential impact. Do not include tenant records, credentials, or sensitive proof in the first message.
