The exchange

You get a year inside the product. I get the truth before habits harden.

  1. 01

    Set up one real unit

Join a private founder session and put an actual rental workflow, not sample answers, through DwellTrack.

  2. 02

    Complete the first workflow

Track rent, organize an expense, establish a tenancy, or screen an applicant using the path you selected.

  3. 03

    Tell me where it breaks

Give candid feedback after setup, after the first workflow, and around 90 days. Friction is useful evidence.

Clear terms

Free should not mean unclear.

The cohort is a product-learning agreement, not an exchange for praise.

The free year

Twelve months begin when accepted cohort access is activated. No credit card is required.

The feedback

One founder setup and three short check-ins: after setup, after the first workflow, and around 90 days.

The roadmap

Every request is reviewed. Recurring impact, safety, and product fit determine what is built and when.

The review boundary

No Google review, testimonial, referral, or positive statement is required to receive the free year.

The selection

Places are offered for useful cohort range and working fit, not simply to the first 20 form submissions.

The privacy boundary

Never submit tenant names, leases, banking credentials, identity documents, or payment evidence here.

Your application

The most useful answer is specific.

Tell me where your rental records live today and which real workflow you would test first. You do not need polished language.

A good fit

A self-managing Canadian landlord with 1–10 units who can use the product and speak candidly about the result.

First, the landlord behind the records.

The cohort is intentionally small, so fit matters more than speed.

Questions before applying

Is this really one year free?

Yes. Accepted participants receive 12 months of DwellTrack subscription access at no charge for the portfolio accepted into the cohort. The 12 months begin when cohort access is activated. No credit card is required.

Are the first 20 applicants automatically accepted?

No. Applications are reviewed for fit, willingness to use a real workflow, and the range of landlord experiences represented. The cohort closes when 20 landlords have been accepted and onboarded.

Do I have to leave a positive review?

No. A public review, testimonial, referral, or positive opinion is never required. The program asks for honest private product feedback.

Will every feature I request be built?

Every request will be reviewed personally. Recurring problems, safety, product fit, and the number of landlords helped determine priority. A request is not a promise of implementation.

What information should I submit?

The application needs only basic portfolio and workflow context. Never submit tenant names, leases, banking information, identity documents, or payment evidence through the form.
