Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and continue until cancelled. Billing and cancellation are managed through the secure Stripe customer portal, which shows the effective timing before you confirm a change.
A workspace above its managed-unit allowance may become read-only until units are removed or a plan with enough capacity is restored. Existing records remain available for review and supported exports during that time.
DwellTrack provides PDF or CSV exports in supported workflows. You can also request account or workspace deletion through support; legal, tax, security, backup, and dispute obligations may require limited retention.
Unless checkout terms say otherwise or applicable law requires it, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Yes. The currently published plans do not separate AI features into a higher tier. AI-assisted workflows remain on demand and subject to service availability and DwellTrack's acceptable-use terms.
