No. It is a working session. We will use your DwellTrack account to organize one real property workflow, and you can decide afterward whether the product belongs in your routine.
What should I bring?
Have one property, the current rent amount, and the tenant or lease details you want to organize nearby. Do not email sensitive documents in advance.
Will I need to connect my bank?
No. DwellTrack can organize Interac payment notifications without a bank connection, and the session never requires banking credentials.
Is the session really free?
Yes. The 30-minute founder session is free and requires no credit card. One managed unit can also remain on DwellTrack's free Starter plan.
